NEW HANDICAP SYSTEM FOR ALL MEN'S CLUB STROKE PLAY TOURNAMENTS

Effective January 1, 2007 all members participating in any stroke play tournament will be subject to the new formula for calculating your handicap.  You will now have 2 handicaps: (1) the one you have always had (S.C.G.A.); and (2) a Cottonwood Men's Club Tournament Handicap.  In all Men's Club stroke play tournaments you will play to the lower of your 2 handicaps.  The Men's Club handicap will be based on your lowest 3 scores from your last 6 tournament rounds (so this handicap can and will be adjusted after each tournament).
